Do I have to be a member of The Princess Anne Country Club to hold my event?
Members and their sponsored guests are welcomed to hold events at The Princess Anne.
How far in advance should I reserve my desired date?
As soon as possible! Some days need to be booked up to a year in advance, however, dates have been booked within as little as two weeks.
Does the Club have a wedding ceremony site?
The Princess Anne has several indoor as well as outdoor Ceremony sites available from which to choose. Each outdoor site has an indoor inclement-weather back up site. Dressing rooms can be arranged, if needed.
Do you have rehearsal dinner and bride's maid luncheon space available?
The Princess Anne Room is perfect for rehearsal dinners and bridal luncheons, however there are several private dining rooms from which to choose to create the perfect setting for your event. This allows you to have several events with The Princess Anne without ever being in the same room twice, and all planning can be done with one coordinator.
How much does it cost to guarantee a room or date at the Club?
A deposit of $500 or $1,000 is required, depending on the room. This deposit is non-refundable.
What is a room minimum?
Each room has a room minimum to be met in food and beverage (includes the bar) before tax and gratuity. These minimums vary with each room depending on the date and time of the event.
May I book a meeting or event without food or beverage service?
Of course! Only small room usage fees will apply. Please refer to the 'Room Offerings" tab for specifics.
Can I provide my own food and liquor?
The Princess Anne is proud to offer the culinary expertise of Executive Chef Michael Jacinto. As a full-service facility, all food and beverage must be provided by the Club with the exception of wedding cakes.
Do I have to rent my own linen, china and glassware?
Every dinner table at your event can be clothed with white linen; all other tables can be clothed and skirted with white cloths. All your glassware, China and stainless steel flatware are provided at no additional charge. Specialty linens can be arranged with our event planner.
Do you offer sit down or buffets for lunch and dinner?
Our menus have several full buffets, heavy hors d'oeuvres buffets and plated meal options from which to choose for dinner and lunch receptions. Our Chef is also available for personal menu consultation to create your dream event menu.
Can you recommend local vendors to help me plan my special day?
We are more than happy to provide you with a list of local vendors that are very familiar with The Princess Anne. We can also coordinate their services, allowing you more time to focus on other details.
